Cost	€5 per order, whatever its size
Dispatch	Within 1–2 working days of your order
Carrier	An Post, tracked — usually 1–3 working days
Packaging	Plain and discreet, nothing on the outside says what's inside

You'll receive an e-mail with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves us. We don't ship outside Ireland at the moment.

Online courses are delivered straight away by e-mail — there's nothing to ship.

Changed your mind? 14-day returns

Under EU consumer law you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Let us know by e-mail or through the contact form, then send the items back within 14 days of telling us.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition. Rapé tins, sage and incense can only be returned if the seal is unbroken — once opened they can't be resold for hygiene reasons.
• Online courses can be cancelled until you start watching. When you begin a course you agree that the right to cancel ends.
• Return postage is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged or wasn't what you ordered.
• We refund the full price, including the original standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the items back — to the same payment method you used.

Something wrong with your order?

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, tell us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you, including postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
